Abstract	The article investigates such elements of civil procedural legal relationships as their object and content. Based on the analysis of modern theoretical concepts it was proved the inexpedient of the allocation of general and special objects in relationships and the assignment of procedural rights and obligations to their content. The essence of the powers of the court analyzed, clarify of concepts of object and content of civil procedural legal relationships was given.
